Dave joined ICE Development Ltd. in April 2010. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Construction Management from South Bank University London UK, Diploma in Building Science from Oxford College, Oxford UK.
Dave has more than 30 years of construction experience. As Site Manager, Dave managed construction project ranging up to $400 million consisting of five stage Coca Cola factory. Dave had the opportunity to work on as a Site manager for projects such as $160 million 180 bedroom home for the Sultan of Brunei, house for the Prince and Princess of Saudi Arabia, addition to National Portrait Gallery of London, house for the CEO of Bank of Turkey. The new Wembley hospital where Dave’s role was to manage the X-Ray and dentistry department., installed the biggest escalator in London, and Blue Water Shopping Center Kent England.
Upon emigrated to Canada, Dave jumped right into construction as a commercial and residential HVAC contractor and installer. Dave’s experience includes from material take offs, to subcontractor selection to site supervisions. Dave’s customers describe him as a very personable, experienced, team player, methodical and visionary. Dave’s hand–on approach allows him to serve his client’s needs. Dave’s philosophy is that there is nothing too small for him to do for his clients. Dave’s experience from large projects to small renovations has allowed him to effectively manage his resources. Dave treats each project as if it were his mone being spent and to his standards to ensure satisfaction.
Dave is married and lives with his family in lower mainland. Dave enjoys playing golf, camping and soccer and the odd European craft beer.
