  • Sunnyside Community Hall, Surrey BC
    3500 sq. ft renovations to the community center consist of remodelling of the kitchen, new accessible men’s and women’s washroom, lounge, vestibule separating, office, and storage rooms. The scope of work includes remediation of asbestos/lead paint, replacing existing vinyl floors with new flooring, new tiles in the washrooms, modern millworks, folding partition wall separating the lounge from the great hall, and new acoustical wall panel fabric to enhance the enjoyment of the facility.
  • Surrey Banquet Hall and Shopping Center, Surrey BC
    Over 60,000 sq. ft. tilt up commercial development consisting of main floor of over 30000 sq. ft. with 16 commercial retail units ranging from 1100 sq. ft. to over 2400 sq. ft. of retail space. The second floor will consist of two premium banquet halls with 24000 sq. ft. of space to accommodate the total seating capacity of 920 as well as two private patios approximately 4500 sq. ft. and 2900 sq. ft. in size. The banquet halls can be divided into two spaces with their own independent grand entries, washrooms, and private exclusive patios.
  • Tandoori Flame, Delta BC
    10,000 sq. ft renovations to an existing mall to accommodate over 400 seating capacity for the Tandoori Flame in the heart of the North Delta. This Great Indian Buffet will include over 150 items from all types of Indian cuisine. The dining room will consist of several small and large private seating to accommodate business gatherings as well as family functions. The owners have chosen top quality exquisite finishes which are augmented by the finest Indian tapestry, decorated with dainty millwork supported by mosaic ceramic tiles and natural stone flooring.
  • Kwantlen Polytechnic University Richmond Campus – Acupuncture Laboratory Upgrades
    The project consists of converting two existing classrooms and an office into Acupuncture Laboratory. The new Acupuncture Laboratory consists of a patient interview room, observation room, moxibuston laboratory, and an acupuncture laboratory with 10 (ten), treatment rooms. The plans call for specialized mechanical and electrical equipment for the moxibistion treatment room and acupuncture treatment rooms.
  • UBC – Okanagan Campus Mountain Weather Office, Kelowna
    4000 sq. ft interior renovation to the Mountain Weather Office Level 1 consists of demolition of existing offices to accommodate three new private offices, quite rooms, executive board room, collaboration room, small staff meeting areas. In addition to the office renovations, the wind monitoring station will be relocated.
  • Community Lounge, Aldergrove, BC
    Demolition of an existing restaurant and bar. Tenant improvement for the bar side includes a stage for live bands as well as a renovation of the existing washrooms, floor, and bar display. The restaurant side tenant improvement will feature a new open kitchen, new bar display and a new patio area with an outdoor bar.
  • Best Western Hotel, Merritt, BC
    ICE Development will project manage and build a 66,000 square foot hotel consisting of 83 units with an indoor pool.

  • Richmond Gymnastics Studio Rod and Gun Range, Richmond, BC
    The City of Richmond relocated the rod and gun range to a warehouse at 7400 River Road in Richmond. ICE Development was responsible for the development of the build out of the space (electrical, steel stud, drywall, sprinklers, paint..etc) to make the space was move in ready for the tenants.
  • BC Liquor Store, Burnaby, BC
    Building a new 2700 square foot BC Liquor Store at SFU - complete with a coldzone walk in cooler.
  • Civil Facilities
    Multi-function sports complex to consist of hockey areas, beach volleyball court, two half two half basketball courts, lacrosse/outdoor ice rink including construction of an office, storage areas for sports equipment, public washroom facilities and a concessions stand.

    75,000 square foot, 72 unit stacked townhouses with 40,000 square underground parkade

    98 Room Motel with an indoor pool, 78 room motel.

    54,000 square foot 48 unit luxurious apartment with 19,000 square foot underground parkade, 2 level underground parkade for a new condominium development in Maple Ridge.

    2 commercial buildings: Building 1; 15,000 square foot retail space with 11 residential units. Building 2; two storey 7,000 square foot retail space with common parking facility

Renovations/Tenant Improvements

  • Pizza Hut, Kelowna BC
    This project consisted of renovation to an existing interior space of 1500 sq, ft to accommodate the new Pizza Hut. Interior work required the new flooring, and warm new wall finished to match the new corporate look for the Pizza Hut chain. We were required to relocate ad reinstall some equipment from an existing location to new location with very minimum downtime. The equipment had natural gas, electricity and water connections. ICE Development team proudly and successfully disconnected, relocated and reconnected all equipment in one day to minimize the operational down time. ICE Development is proud to be the partner with Pizza Hut.
  • Sullivan Liquor Store, Surrey BC
    This project consisted of tenant improvements to a brand-new strip mall. Tenant improvements consisted of 3700 sq, ft of floor space. Due to the demographic of the area and owner’s taste, the finishes were required be top notch. ICE Development was ecstatic to be part of this project. The owner wanted to showcase variety of beers, so he required a 13 door reach in cooler. The rare wines, spirits and whiskeys required special and prominent display cases.
  • Pita Pit, Langley BC
    This project consisted of renovations to an existing, operating store, 1200 sq. ft. in size to align it with new corporate guidelines and directions. This Pita Pit was an operating location and required considerable planning and staging to minimize the down time. Project scope included refreshing the entire store with new flooring, wall coverings, tiles, wall paper, millwork, equipment as well as digital menu boards - all completed within the 2 week time frame required.
  • Rona Home Centre Building Home and Yard Modification Project (RONA), Burnaby BC
    Demolished and rebuilt southwest corner of the Rona building); demolished existing fence line along south and west and installed fence line along south and west in new location; demo block wall in south east corner and rebuild lean-to; demo existing yard lights and re-install new lights, underground electrical, backfill and asphalting.
  • BC Liquor Store, Port Coquiltam, BC
    Renovation of an existing store at Nicola Station adding a coldzone walk in cooler. All renovations to occur while the store is still in operation.
  • City of Richmond Library and Cultural Centre, Richmond, BC
    Interior renovation across four separate areas within the Cultural Center including: Interior Storefront Doors Installation of Banner Supports, Renovation of Kitchen and Renovation of Office.
